Best Home Workout For Men To Build Muscle Do This Anywhere To Get Jacked
Hey, what's going on guysé Troy here withWeightGainNetwork . I've got an awesome, fullbody, athome workout that you can doanywhere and all you need is a pullup bar. Now I know what you guys are thinking no,I do not live at the beach. I'm just at the beach, enjoying a beautiful day and obviouslyyou guys are going to see this workout, you can see that you can do it absolutely anywhere. So I thought it'd be cool to show you guys this cool, little pullup bar section we haveon Manhattan Beach, California and all you really need to do this entire workout is oneof those doorwide pullup bars. This is the onetwoblast. Almost every singlemuscle group in your entire body I'm going
to show you all the exercises in a row, butideally what you want to do is three sets of everything and you guys will be completelyfatigued. This is an incredible musclebuilding routine, so let me go right into it. So first up, I'm going to do these UnderhandClose Grip PullUps and what this is going to do is this is going to work our lats, ourbiceps, and also our upper and midback. Keep it slow and controlled. And that's how that looks. Now we're goingto go right into Diamond PushUps, so we're going to put our hands like this, we're goingto be working upper chest and our triceps.
And that's how that looks. Now we're goingright into Wide Grip Pullups one of the most challenging back exercises that's goingto hit our lats, hit our back as well our biceps. So I'm just going to put my handsabout as wide as I go. And that's how the wide grip pullups look. Now next, we are going to do what I call Maximum Time Under Tension PushUps. So what you'regoing to do is you're going to do a bunch of pushups in a row to complete muscle failure, and you want to keep the muscle under tension the entire time. So here's how it looks. So never do this keep it under tension theentire time like I'm doing right now.
And you guys get the idea. So that is goingto blast your entire chest. You're going to feel it in your arms everywhere. Next up,we got one of my favorite beach body exercises, and this is going to hit your biceps, alsoreally hit your abs. So what you're going to do is you're going to go on an underhandgrip, hold this position here, and you're going to bring your knees to your elbows. And that's how that looks. Last but not least, got to get our lower bodyinvolved, so we're going to do a good, oldfashioned wall sit. This is one of the most challenginglower body exercises that almost nobody does.
So what you're going to do here get downto about 90 degrees, and you're just going to hold this position. You're going to feelit in your hip flexors, your thighs, your hamstrings you're going to feel it all over. You got to control your breathing. And that's how that looks. That is a complete, fullbody, athome workout or atthebeach workout that you guys can do anywhere withjust a pullup bar.
PreWorkout Ingredient Showdown WHICH WORKS BEST
What's up, guysé Jeff Cavaliere, ATHLEANX . So what should be in your preworkouté Larginine,or citrulline malateé I'm going to try to answer that question for you here in a verysimple way today. I'm going to try to get simple, even though we have some complex thingsthat happen inside of our bodies. That's what I promise, because I think ifwe can make it simple, understandable, then it's something you can actually grasp andit gives a better understanding when you approach supplementation. So, larginine, let's startthere. Why do people take it in the first placeé
Well, the idea is that we're trying to createnitric oxide. Nitric oxide is a vasodilator, or has a vasodilating effect in our bodies, which will increase the muscle pump. That's why people will rely on these types of ingredientsin a preworkout. So we get nitric oxide from here, and we get citrulline. We do that with an enzyme that's in our body. Now, what we have is, the citrulline can actually be converted back by another enzyme, backto Larginine. This all looks so great, but the problem is, this is what's happening inour bloodstream. When the Larginine is in our bloodstream, this is what's going on.
But guess whaté We've got to get it into thedamned bloodstream to start. That's the problem because unless we're taking this intravenously– which I hope you're not – then we're going to have a hard time getting this tothe bloodstream because it has to go through our digestive tract. When it does, it goesdown a different path. It goes down this other path that enters theurea cycle. So here, the Larginine gets broken down into ornithine, which is an amino acid.My handwriting sucks, I know that. It also gets broken down into urea, which is a wasteproduct. The ornithine can actually be converted back into citrulline and the citrulline canbe converted into Larginine again.
But you can see that this isn't a very efficientway to get to nitric oxide. So what happens is, when you take Larginine by mouth in asupplement, you're losing a whole hell of a lot of it. As a matter of fact, you're onlyretaining – studies will show – about 30% of what you're taking in the first place. So even if you're taking a massive dose of10g or Larginine, you're only actually winding up with about 3g of it. That's not actuallyvery good. As a matter of fact, there was another study that showed guys that had highcholesterol were only retaining, maybe, up to 1%. 99% wasting of this, taken this way!
So, it's kind of counterintuitive to whatwe would think. The better way to get here is to actually start with the citrulline, which will convert to Larginine – whether this way or this way – which then will becomenitric oxide. But the thing and advantage that the citrulline has is that it actuallybypasses the same metabolic pathway that the Larginine kind of got ruined by. So it bypasses the digestive tract, it bypassesthe liver, and this way it actually gets to the bloodstream, and can have this effectin a much more effective way. You're basically getting a 300% increase – some studies willshow – the numbers are all over the place.
The idea is this, guys: you're getting a wholehell of a lot more retained from the citrulline to get to the nitric oxide, than you wouldotherwise. So it doesn't even really end there because we're talking about citrulline herein supplementing the citrulline malate. So I haven't even addressed the malate part. All that is, is citrulline itself is justa free form. When you bond it to malic acid in its malate form, then what we get is citrullinemalate. What the malic acid does is, it provides a second benefit. This benefit is that itfeeds something called the Krebs cycle. The Krebs cycle just think of it this way.

One of these days I'll show you all the crazy stuff in hereI have. I've got pretty much the basics here. I've got some Carbo Gain. I've got some Biotin.Actually it's good for your hair and skin
or some shit. I don't even know. We've gotsome MusclePharm Combat protein, spirulina. We've got micronized creatine powder. I'vegot some crazy Peruvian Maca powder. What else do I have in hereé We've got grape seedextract. We've got ZMA for nighttime recovery. Got to stay healthy so we've got my GreenSuper Food right here. Got some crazy stuff back here. We got some Leucine. This is oneof your most vital amino acid for building muscle. One of these days I'll give you guysa little tour on why I take everything and basically the importance of each one. Forright now we're going to talk about bulking season and my favorite preworkout meals.First of all I want to talk about this. I'm
actually currently not taking this anymorefor bulking season. I'm going to tell you why. Being a naturally skinny guy, you haveto keep in mind how your metabolism is. This preworkout is super strong right here. Thisis honestly, my opinion, the strongest preworkout I have ever had. I have tried them all. I'vetried C4, all the mainstream ones. I've gone to the expos, tried little samples of prettymuch all the different preworkouts. This one right here, NitraFlex, it's super strongbecause it is all stimulant based. This one has so many different stimulants in it. Thereason I don't like it for bulking season is just because stimulants are going to reallyboost your metabolism. It's going to make
it really hard to get in that healthy caloriesurplus. You're going in the gym. You're killing the different compound exercises. Then youthrow a stimulant into the mix, you basically are burning like 4 5,000 calories a daywhen you mix a hardcore workout in with a stimulant based preworkout like this. WhatI've been trying to do too is just get healthy this year. I don't want to rely on stimulantsand preworkouts. I want to try and go with a really clean, allnatural diet. I actuallycame up with my own preworkout drink. What I do here is I use Matcha green tea powder. This is the world's most effective antioxidant drink. This has a super high concentrationof this antioxidant called EGCG, which is
incredibly healthy for you. It's got somemetabolism boosting properties as well. It's going to be a lot better for bulking seasonthen a stimulant based preworkout. I also use coconut oil, really good for energy. It'sactually not very likely to be stored as body fat, which I think is really important duringbulking season when you're eating a lot of calories. I notice that it gives me a nicelittle boost for preworkout energy. Then I throw a little bit of cinnamon in the mixfor flavor. Throw it in my Leonardo DiCaprio, not Leonardo DiCaprio, Leonardo the NinjaTurtle cup and we are good to go. That should taste pretty good. One more thing, I actuallythrow in some lemon in there too, just to
give it a little more flavor. I know you guyswant to hear about the preworkout meal because that's what the tutorial is about. What I havehere is believe it or not, I have salmon in a can. Now this sounds gross, but for allyou college kids out there, anyone looking to save money, this is only $2.19 at TraderJoes. The thing I really like about salmon preworkout is for me it digests really easily. It's got really high omega3 concentrations. Most people don't get enough omega 3s intheir diet. When you have enough omega3s in your diet, you're going to be a musclebuilding machine. You are actually going to notice a big difference in your energy levels. It's one of the most common things that most
