Hi, my name's Julian, I'm 26 years old and currently a student. My whole life I've had problems gaining weight, maintaining my bodyweight or gaining muscle in general. I've always been very skinny but also always had the dream of gaining weight, being stronger and having a good physique. I went to the gym for a while, quite regularly. But this didn't change anything and left me pretty frustrated. About half a year ago I went travelling around the world.

♪♪♪ Stop guessing, start growing, get swole. You're enteringthe detail phase. After 12 weeks of a reallysolid, clean bulk, I really was happy with the gains I wasgetting between my strength, my size, but I wanted to bring themuscle out a little bit more, so

I decided to turn back theclock and bring back the 1970s, Arnold, Golden Eratype of training. My body has always reactedwell to the double split type of workouts. And so when I looked to Arnoldas the template, I've created phase four, which isthe detail phase, which is a 6 daysa week training. It's intense, it's a lot ofsupersets, and also you're

hitting each musclegroup twice a week. There will be quite achange in this phase. The biggest change is thatyou're gonna be training 6 days a week rather than 4, so weturned up the volume quite a bit on that. The other big change is we aregonna be reducing your calories in this phase, so you might feela little bit more fatigued, but you gotta push through it 'causewe're gonna show some awesome

gains that you hadfrom the previous phases. We're uncovering it now. You're at the finishline, so you gotta push hard. What you should expect in thedetail phase is clearly to drop body fat, but by hitting musclestwice a week, the roundness of the bellies of the muscle shouldtruly be more pronounced in this phase. So in theory, you're gonnaget leaner, but appear much,

much bigger. So now I'm gonna be breakingdown the training techniques and philosophies forthe detail phase. So this phase is verysimilar to the Golden Era body building splits. It's a lot of supersets, you'rehitting the muscle groups twice a week, and it's very intense. But we're still doingheavy weights with low rest.

You've gotta keepthat intensity up. So this is more of anadvanced workout, but you're ready for this. Now one kind of interestingthing about this phase is there's no shoulder workouts,and so people get kind of crazy about that.
