Best Home Workout For Men To Build Muscle Do This Anywhere To Get Jacked
Hey, what's going on guysé Troy here withWeightGainNetwork . I've got an awesome, fullbody, athome workout that you can doanywhere and all you need is a pullup bar. Now I know what you guys are thinking no,I do not live at the beach. I'm just at the beach, enjoying a beautiful day and obviouslyyou guys are going to see this workout, you can see that you can do it absolutely anywhere. So I thought it'd be cool to show you guys this cool, little pullup bar section we haveon Manhattan Beach, California and all you really need to do this entire workout is oneof those doorwide pullup bars. This is the onetwoblast. Almost every singlemuscle group in your entire body I'm going
to show you all the exercises in a row, butideally what you want to do is three sets of everything and you guys will be completelyfatigued. This is an incredible musclebuilding routine, so let me go right into it. So first up, I'm going to do these UnderhandClose Grip PullUps and what this is going to do is this is going to work our lats, ourbiceps, and also our upper and midback. Keep it slow and controlled. And that's how that looks. Now we're goingto go right into Diamond PushUps, so we're going to put our hands like this, we're goingto be working upper chest and our triceps.
And that's how that looks. Now we're goingright into Wide Grip Pullups one of the most challenging back exercises that's goingto hit our lats, hit our back as well our biceps. So I'm just going to put my handsabout as wide as I go. And that's how the wide grip pullups look. Now next, we are going to do what I call Maximum Time Under Tension PushUps. So what you'regoing to do is you're going to do a bunch of pushups in a row to complete muscle failure, and you want to keep the muscle under tension the entire time. So here's how it looks. So never do this keep it under tension theentire time like I'm doing right now.
And you guys get the idea. So that is goingto blast your entire chest. You're going to feel it in your arms everywhere. Next up,we got one of my favorite beach body exercises, and this is going to hit your biceps, alsoreally hit your abs. So what you're going to do is you're going to go on an underhandgrip, hold this position here, and you're going to bring your knees to your elbows. And that's how that looks. Last but not least, got to get our lower bodyinvolved, so we're going to do a good, oldfashioned wall sit. This is one of the most challenginglower body exercises that almost nobody does.
So what you're going to do here get downto about 90 degrees, and you're just going to hold this position. You're going to feelit in your hip flexors, your thighs, your hamstrings you're going to feel it all over. You got to control your breathing. And that's how that looks. That is a complete, fullbody, athome workout or atthebeach workout that you guys can do anywhere withjust a pullup bar.
Zac Efron 10 Pound Muscle Gain HARSH TRUTH
What's up, guysé Jeff Cavaliere, ATHLEANX . Man, did I ruffle some feathers this weekend,or whaté The Zac Efron workout and diet tutorial. I mean, good Lord. If you haven't seen it,it's right here and you owe it to yourself to give it a watch. More importantly, scrollthrough the comments when you do because it will put into context better what I want totalk to you about here today. I want to talk about the level of hatred thrownZac Efron's way. This poor kid, I don't even know him, but I felt bad for him becausea lot of people – not everybody, certainly not everybody – a lot of people want toattribute everything he got – they want
to attribute his physique, they want to attributehis gains in preparation for his movie, they want to attribute everything to steroids. They don't know him, they never trainedwith him, they don't hang out with him, but they want to guarantee that's what itis. Whyé Because he looks better than they do. Guys, I see this all too often and itpisses me off. I'm going to rant today and I hope, if you need to put the ear muffs onand the kids around you, you're going to have to do that. The fact of the matter is, why are we alwaysso quick to say that about everybody that
does look better than usé Let's keep in mind,he's 165lbs to 170lbs. Do you think that's an unattainable physiqueé If you do, you'rewatching the wrong channel. Shit, I sit up here all the time and preach to you abouthow possible it is. If you train like and athlete to look likean athlete, being ripped and also to carry lean muscle, and to maximize the amount thatyou can naturally carry. It's unbelievable. You should see the comments about it. quot;Thisis crazy. This is bullshit. You can never do this without doing Zac's steroid regimen. You could never do this without The Rock feeding you steroids.
You can never do this without a personal chef, without all day to train, with nothing to do but train, without the highest level personaltrainer.quot; Guys, first of all, as far as a personal trainer goes you've got a prettydamn good one here giving you guys free tutorials each and every week. I hope you've learnedsomething from my tutorials that would allow you to make gains and see progress and results. I could tell you, I don't condone steroiduse. Not in the least bit. I am the biggest antisteroid guy standing here on YouTube.I was a guy that grew up in a household where my father would have killed me if I did anything.Any drug! He told me quot;Jeff, if you ever do
anything and I catch you, get out of the house.Get out! I'm going to make it easy. I'm going to pack all your shit, I'm going to put itout on the lawn, you can come and take it, but don't ever show back up here again.quot; Now, coming from a divorced household I hadnowhere else to go. I was scared to death. So not only did I not do anything, I neverdrank, I never did a drug, I never tried a drug, I never drank anything. Even throughcollege. Nothing. I was just clean and boring as I possibly could be. I say it all the time.I live a pretty boring life. But, I'm proud of it and I'm proud to be able to stand hereas an example to you to inspire you of what
is capable and possible if you train hard. But we don't know about Zac. If you thinkthat all this is unattainable, 165lbs170lbs physique, all came from the fact that he puton 10lbs in a year. That's something that doesn't happené Guys, that's less than a pounda month. If you understand the fact that he used heavy training for the first time everin his training program. If you're out there and you're a 26 year old kid who's never trainedbefore, I can guarantee you that you have lots of gains waiting for you. Lots of them. I don't even care if you're 40 or 60. Ifyou've never trained heavy in your life and
How Heavy Should You Lift to Get Big HOW MUCH WEIGHT
What's up guysé Jeff Cavaliere, ATHLEANX.COM. You may not recognize me, I got the Tshirton, number one and it's the red one. Never broke out the red one before that'sbecause this is our new AX 247365 days a year. And I think this is a very important pointhere guys, very simple but important in that, I try to preach to you all the time when you'retrying to get bigger, faster, stronger and look better, you better have a long term committmentin mind. There's no short cuts, no bullshit like thatguys, if you want to get bigger, faster, stronger you've got to be ready to put in the effortto do that.
And there's a big question that comes up revolvingaround the concept of getting stronger and that is, How Heavy Should I Lift if I'm trying to getbigger and better and stronger and be better than I am yesterdayé Well there's a very important answer to this. It's not just to lift as heavy as you can. Now don't get me wrong here, I'm a big proponantof throwing around as much weight as you can. However it better be with your posture inmind. If you can't control your posture under loadthen you're not really training with a purpose.
If you're going to train to be a better Athlete,if you're going to train to look like a better Athlete, if you want to just function safelyand healthfully, then you better have a command of your postureunder load. Once you have command, then load that sucker up and put as much as you canhandle on it. That's the way you're going to be challenged. But I wanted to underscore this by takingyou through a few exercises. Ok, first of all to declare, my knees, Shit! We all know that if you've been followingmy program here for a while, or my channel.
You realize that I have some pretty difficultand challenging Knees, but it doesn't mean that I can't train or train heavy, I haveto make some accomondations. What I start with is a Deadlift. A Deadliftfor me is very comfortable. And there's a big reason why the Deadlift is more comfortablefor me versus a Squat. With my particular knee condition, it is mucheasier for me to keep a vertical shin when I go down into a descent. So if I'm going to go down into a Deadliftyou can see that the angle of the shin is much more vertical as it is in a Squat.
The bottom of the Squat my shins will go muchmore forward, a lot more stress on the anterior portion of my Knee. Another reason why I love Bulgarian SplitSquats, it allows me to jump my leg out and then get that vertical shin away from my bodyand still load up my Quads. But as far as the Deadlift goes here, youcan watch as I go up in weight here. Starting off at 135, you know I can controlthis. This is obviously very light, very easy. I'm in total command of my form. My low back is arched, my shoulders are back,my shoulder blades are pinned down, everything
is nice and tight. I can do this. I add on a couple 45's. I move on up. Samething, I'm in control of this weight. I can do this. I'm allowed to do this. It's recommended forme to do this. It's actually recommended for me to do more. So I do. I throw more weight on the bar. And here againas we creep our way all the way up, 315 now. Again I can handle this. I haven't had a breakdownin form. My back hasn't started to round,
